Spring: a season to potentiate
Keeping it simple with bite sized rituals to incorporate as we transition out of our cocoons and sync with the changing season
Welcome to SPRING. Also known as a big, satisfying sigh after winter. When I think of Spring, I get this warm, glowy, fresh feeling in my body. I think of the sounds and sights of spring: birds chirping, little flickers of flowers budding on lawns, a green fuzz starting to appear on the barren branches, and then of course the cherry blossoms. I think of the novel sensation of those first few days of going outside without a coat and feeling sunshine on my forearms and legs. Ahhh, what a time to be alive. And in the same breath, no matter what season we’re in, life will keep life-ing. We will experience grief in a season of rebirth. The goal is not to have our life perfectly emulate each new season. What we can do, however, is make little shifts to help us embody the current season in our lives, as syncing our lifestyle with the season is one of the most profound things we can do for our health and well-being.
