This practice is all about strengthening our lower half, and yet using a heavy weight will definitely challenge the upper body here as well. I am using a 30lb dumbbell and you can use whatever you have on hand. We dive right into things, so if you are not warmed up (a walk is a great way to do this) feel free to tune in to one of my micro practices to warm up your tendons and joints.
These movements are simple and effective and challenging!
